Goodwill Industries and the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis introduced a graduate certificate program tailored to meet the emerging leadership needs of Goodwill now and in the future. The formal graduate certificate program is designed to enhance the foundation of knowledge within the next generation of Goodwill leaders. These emerging leaders explore new models by which to lead a growing organization through its dynamic environment.

GoodSigns focuses on a holistic approach to wellness by helping employees and family members committed to lifestyle improvements and changes to improve their physical, emotional, educational and financial health.

- 900 Goodwill employees participate in some area of the GoodSigns program. Goodwill spends approximately $285 per participating employee per year.
